SERVICOM PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO DG NESREA
The Director-General/CEO, Prof. Aliyu Jauro and Management team of the Agency received a delegation from SERVICOM at NESREA Headquarters, Abuja on Tuesday, 8th October, 2019.
The team was led by the National Coordinator, Mrs. Nnena Akajemeli, who expressed her profound gratitude to the DG/CEO of NESREA for his commitment to compliance and enforcement on environmental issues.
Mrs. Nnena stated a number of reasons for the visit. She implored the DG/CEO to establish a SERVICOM Unit in the Agency to help facilitate the engagement between the service providers and to relate with customer to bring feedback to the Agency.
She further commended the DG/CEO on the recently held radio programme on Brekete Family, Human Rights Radio.
She further stressed the need to establish toilet in strategic places all over the country to prevent open defecation. Mrs. Nnena urged the Agency to curb environmental challenges in the country in line with her mandate.
The DG/CEO Prof. Aliyu in his response thanked the team for their second visit in a short time and for the role played in facilitating the Brekete Family Radio Progamme.
The DG/CEO assured the team of NESREA’s commitment in ensuring a cleaner and healthier environment for all.
