NESREA RECEIVES CORPERS’ AND STUDENTS’ BODIES; TASKS THEM ON ENVIRONMENT

The Director General/ CEO of the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency, NESREA, Prof Aliyu Jauro, Thursday received a delegation of Gombe state Corpers Association Abuja Chapter led by Abdulrasheed Mohammed Sanni.

Prof. Jauro   congratulated them on their Service to the Fatherland and urged them to be good Ambassadors of the environment.

He also encouraged them to follow the steps of the Gombe State, His Excellency, Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya by Planting Trees to tackle Environmental Challenges. The corpers presented an award to the DG.

Also, the Gombe State Student Union led by their President Abubakar Adamu Sani paid a courtesy visit to the DG/ CEO.

The group said the visit was in recognition of the outstanding successes the DG has  recorded since assumption of office and presented him with an award of ‘’Extraordinary diligence in public sector of the year’’

Welcoming his guests, Prof Aliyu Jauro educated the students on the vision and mission of the Agency and also charged them to excel in their studies and graduate with good grades.
