NESREA, In Conjunction With NIALS And AGA-Africa, Holds A Workshop On Rule Of Law And Climate Justice 27-28 March 2023

The Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS) is set to host the “Rule of Law and Climate Justice” workshop at the Ladi Kwali Hall, Sheraton Hotel in Abuja.

The two days event which is scheduled to hold from the 27th to 28th of March is being organized in collaboration with the Attorney General Alliance-Africa (AGA-Africa) and the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA).

The workshop is free with a certificate for every participant that attends the two days session.

The conference tagged “The Rule of Law and Climate Justice” is targeted at Public Prosecutors and Legal Practitioners and is expected to hold online too.

The workshop promises to provide a platform to interrogate complex climate change phenomena; increase participants’ understanding of basic knowledge of the Climate Change Act, 2021; and equip them with the requisite skills to engender compliance with the Climate Change Act.
