Invitation for Comments on Some National Environmental Regulations

The National Environmental Standards & Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) is in the process of reviewing the underlisted National Environmental Regulations available on the Agency’s website:

• The National Environmental (Electrical Electronic Sector) Regulations
• The National Environmental (Sanitation and Waste Control) Regulations
• The National Environmental (Food, Beverages and Tobacco Sector) Regulations
• The National Environmental (Domestic and Industrial Plastic, Rubber and Foam Sector) Regulations
• The National Environmental (Hazardous Chemical and Pesticides Sector) Regulations

The Agency requires comments from the regulated community on the above regulations on or before 30^th June, 2020.
